new wooden sash windows made to complement your property
If restoration or repair of your original timber windows is not an option, we can craft new sash windows for your property. We will use your original windows to inspire our design, so you can rest assured that your home will retain its authentic period styling. However, thanks to our innovative methods, it will feel wonderfully warm, too.
Time-honoured techniques with a modern twist
Our team use a combination of the latest techniques and traditional joinery skills to produce period windows, tailored to your home. Manufactured in our dedicated UK workshop, we use a mixture of quality hardwood and special engineered softwood wood, like Accoya, to ensure your new windows are incredibly stable, resist rot and warping. Your new sash windows will look exactly like the originals, while benefitting from draught-elimination, fewer rattles and improved energy efficiency.
Our slim double glazing ensures extra warmth
When it comes to glazing, we can offer you slim double glazing combined with solid glazing bars in your new sash windows. This promises maximum thermal efficiency and heat performance for a warmer home, while retaining the original details that make period windows so prized.
Listed building, conservation area or protected status? We can also make all new sash windows with single glazing, where required. For more information on regulations, visit our Knowledge Hub.

The cost of bespoke timber windows varies depending on a number of factors. The style, size, type of glazing and hardware can all make a difference. Every one of our windows is made specifically for your property, so we don’t have a price list or off-the-shelf range. However, we do provide a detailed quote following each of our surveys.
Our Surveyors will give you the advice you need to make the right decision for your window renovation project and never use hard sell techniques. Our installers will be on time, polite and work with the minimum disruption to your home.
Your new hardwood windows are supplied sprayed with a high build base coat and an anti-stain primer, ready for final finishing coat by others.
