Nothing was beyond their capabilities, as these workmen are trained to the highest calibre and the finishing results were out of this world. I'm not just saying it. I would highly recommend this company to anybody, not just family and close friends without hesitation. These are incredible talented young men who take pride in themselves and their job, something that's lacking from a lot of young people these days. From start to finish, this is a company that cares. Nothing was too much trouble and even with our changing requirements and some difficult circumstances, all of the Ventrolla staff I engaged with were excellent. They clearly care very much about their customers and brand. Our work took 7 days and every day the people on site were polite, punctual, hard working and tidy! We had done some preparation ready for the work but the guys on site were so helpful and careful, it was like they had never been there (apart from the windows now worked beautifully!). There were two storms hit during the 7 days our windows were being refurbished, and what would normally rattle the windows and make the curtains dance, we barely noticed there was anything going on outside. The Ventrolla system has made an incredible difference to our home and whilst it is a large investment, it is worth every penny.

I cannot praise this company enough. The three window fitters Rob, James and Tyler did a wonderful job fitting my new windows, in spite of hold ups with the scaffolding company delaying progress. They were professional, friendly, respectful and in my opinion went above and beyond. They left my property clean and tidy and I am delighted with the work. Thanks guys.

James and Rob did a fantastic refurbishment of our 10 windows. They were extremely professional with workmanship of the highest standard. They worked tidily and cleanly and left rooms dust free at the end of each day. We have had Rob and James from Ventrolla with us this week repairing and draught proofing our old wooden sash windows in our grade 2 cottage. Both of them have been brilliant , the skill and craftsmanship is outstanding how they take rotten old windows and door back to looking like new and also working like modern windows is amazing. They also clean up every room as they finish and take every scrap of rubbish away. It has been a pleasure to have them with us this week two top blokes ! We are also looking forward to using the Ventrolla removable system to paint the windows as sash windows have previously been a nightmare to paint.

We would like to tell you how truly delighted we are with the two members of your staff, Stewart Dean and Dave Williams, who have just been working in our house in the last week. Throughout the four days that they have been with us, they have worked with extraordinary skill and dedication, producing remarkable results in amazingly short time. They worked long days with enthusiasm and good humour; they met unforeseen challenges calmly and efficiently and they were truly amazing at cleaning and tidying after the work was finished: everything was beautifully covered in dust sheets and vacuumed thoroughly afterwards. Over more than forty years we have had many craftsmen and workmen in our Victorian house and we have seldom, if ever, seen two such obliging or hard working people.
