Manufacturing our own timber windows in-house for over 40 years, the original combination of 'through' or 'solid' glazing bars coupled with classic craftsmanship is what set's our products apart from the rest.
With workshops based in Harrogate, Henley-on-Thames, and Lockerbie, manufacturing our window products in-house gives all parties involved complete control of the process from start to finish - from design to customisation and pricing to communication, we’re with you every step of the way.

- 16,000 sq.ft workshop
- An impressive collection of modern & classical woodworking machinery, ranging from Tenoners to Spindle Moulders, and mortisers to band resaw – all on hand to make your bespoke products.
- Impressive software that enables us to track the lifecycle of your order from start to finish.
- A state-of-the-art glazing & spray-priming department.
We also have the provision to invest in a new CNC 4 sided planer to give us more flexibility in terms of throughput, quality control, and quick setup times…
So – what do our Workshops do exactly?
- On average, workshop teams contribute to over 100,000 renovation projects per year, nationwide.
- Using the information gathered by our surveyors in your home, our team produce the required joinery using detailed drawings and/or templates (for more complex shapes and projects).
- We train all our teams in-house, in our workshops, and we’re soon to launch our own design studio and training academy to help the next generation get Ventrolla accredited and join our ever-growing team.

Our Process
Consultation
The Ventrolla journey begins with a discussion with a member of our team and/or a detailed home or site design survey, to explore your ideas & devise a bespoke plan of action.
Estimate
Once our team have finalised the plans, we will provide a comprehensive estimate for your works. Enquiry to estimate typically takes between 5 and 10 working days.
Design
Fusing traditional skills with modern technology, creating your unique product begins in our UK-based manufacturing facility, and takes between 6 and 10 weeks.
Installation
The utmost care is taken to deliver quality manufactured products and renovation works that exceed our customers’ expectations. Depending on the project, our installation team will be on site between weeks 10 to 16.
Aftercare
Our customers come back time and time again – when they move or if they’ve phased their works – all thanks to our exceptional customer service and after care. In the unlikely event that your Ventrolla products require expert attention, we’re always on hand.
Guarantee
