So, you’ve placed your order with us and you’d like to know what happens next? To help explain our process, we’ve created this guide to outline the next steps in your Ventrolla journey:
Following technical sign-off from you, we’ll update you by email when manufacture has begun. Crafting new joinery takes around 3 to 4 weeks, before your order progresses to our Finishing department.
Upon completion of your joinery, our helpful Finishing team take over, completing any priming, preparation and glazing required. It’s at this point that your glazing is accurately measured and the glass is ordered. Please note, there is significant disruption to the glass supply chain currently and this could affect your order. Because of this, it’s not always possible to ease the direct impact on our customers, however, we estimate finishing will take approximately 2 to 3 weeks from receipt of joinery, subject to materials passing our stringent quality control processes.
We estimate that your order will arrive in our Packaging & Delivery department around 6 to 8 weeks after your joinery production began. Following our extensive quality control checks, your order is securely packaged, ready for delivery. It’s at this point that you’ll hear from a member of our Operations Team to discuss a potential delivery and install date, and our Accounts team will be in touch to arrange payment.
Following installation, you will be sent a comprehensive final care pack. This includes your Guarantee, Energy Improvement Certificate and helpful Maintenance and Painting Instructions. It’s at this point that we’ll also ask you if you can please leave a review on our Trustpilot page.
