Hello, Today we had work done on the windows in our flat on Great King Street, Edinburgh. We are just writing to say how pleased we were with the calibre of your staff, Alan and John, who did the work. They arrived on time, worked with the minimum of disturbance for us, identified a few extra repairs that needed to be done, eg a faulty window lock, and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.
