Builders Profile

Builder’s Profile is an open-access Common Database service providing compliance and PQQ information to the construction industry.

It enables subcontractors (and suppliers) to easily maintain and share information. For main contractors and clients, it provides all the information, documents, and tools required to manage a supply chain, no matter how large or small.

NBS Plus

NBS Plus is an online directory of building product manufacturers created to help architects, engineers, designers, and contractors work smarter and reduce risks.

RIBA CPD Provider Network

The RIBA CPD Providers Network consists of manufacturers, suppliers, training companies, and advisory organisations that provide RIBA-approved CPD to architects and other specifiers.

Ventrolla provides RIBA-approved CPD to architects and other specifiers.

British Standards - ISO 9001 & 45001

The British Standards Institution (BSI) produces technical standards across a variety of industry sectors in the UK.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized Quality Management System (QMS) standard, designed to be a business improvement tool. It helps us to consistently provide high-quality products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements.

BS OHSAS 45001 sets out the minimum requirements for occupational health and safety management best practices. It helps us to reduce workplace hazards and boost employee morale.

British Woodworking Federation Membership (BWF)

The British Woodworking Federation is the trade association for the woodworking and joinery manufacturing industry in the UK. All BWF members are assessed via a strict Code of Conduct that sets out the principles of good practice for woodworking and joinery businesses.

By gaining access to specialist technical support and guidance, BWF membership also puts your mind at ease knowing that our woodworking processes are safe, sustainable, and compliant.

Contractors Health and Safety Assessment Scheme (CHAS)

CHAS is a trusted advisor on health & safety compliance, helping set industry benchmarks, provide assurance and reassurance.

Ventrolla Ltd is accredited with CHAS, having demonstrated compliance with and sound management of current health and safety legislation.

Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS)

CSCS is the leading skills certification scheme for the UK construction industry. CSCS cards are held by individuals and provide proof that said individuals who work on construction sites have the required training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out.

All Ventrolla Installers hold CSCS cards.

Responsibly Sourced Timber

Ventrolla believes in the protection and responsible management of the world’s forests.

Ventrolla sources all our timber products from ethical suppliers of sustainable timber.

British Safety Council

The British Safety Council is dedicated to protecting employee wellbeing, making sure no-one is injured or made ill in the workplace.

Our British Safety Council Membership helps us manage legislation and compliance while systematically improving health, safety and environmental standards to make sure our workforce remains healthy and safe at all times.

International Powered Access Federation (IPAF)

IPAF promotes the safe and effective use of powered access equipment worldwide.

All members of the Ventrolla Installation Team hold IPAF Certificates.

The Prefabricated Access Suppliers' and Manufacturers' Association (PASMA)

PASMA is the recognised authority for mobile access towers, ensuring safety standards and best practice guidelines are met when working at height.

Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS)

Continually investing in our team, all Ventrolla Supervisors and Project Managers are supported through these CITB courses.

Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS)

The DBS carries out criminal record checks that result in DBS certificates being issued to an individual. Employers can then ask to see this certificate to ensure they are recruiting suitable candidates into their organisation, primarily to avoid unsuitable people from working with vulnerable groups.

For complete peace of mind, all Ventrolla on-site employees (Installers and Surveyors) are DBS enhanced checked as standard and hold personal DBS Certificates.
