Grade II Listed
Cliffe Norton Hotel
Owners at The Cliffe Norton Hotel in Tenby, South Wales called upon sash window renovation experts, Ventrolla, to renovate the window of their impressive early 19th century Grade II listed building.
The strong Welsh winds lashing the Pembrokeshire coast had taken their toll on the windows and they were in dire need of restoration.
Mr and Mrs Hayward, who run the hotel, had noticed draught and noise problems relating to the windows and were worried about the impact this was having on holidaymakers staying with them.
Mr & Mrs Phillips, Great Molleston
Ventrolla helped make leaking windows a thing of the past for homeowners Olwen and John Phillips.
The couple instructed Ventrolla to renovate seven timber sliding sash windows at their Grade II listed Georgian farmhouse in the Welsh village of Molleston, near Narberth, after repeated problems with leaks and draughts.
Ventrolla started the renovation process by repairing damaged woodwork, although a number of sills and parting beads did have to be replaced due to extensive rot.
Grade II Listed Georgian Home In Abergavenny
Ventrolla has proved to be the product of choice at work and home for an Abergavenny based chartered Building Surveyor.
With over 20 years’ experience as a Surveyor for listed buildings, Mark Nicholls has worked on a number of restoration projects with the sash window renovation specialists. So when it came to upgrading the sash windows in his Georgian home, there was no debate about which company he would use.
