Sash Window Repair and Timber Window Restoration in Bath

Ventrolla recently carried out extensive work on the front of our house, including a new replacement window, installation of double glazed sashes and casements, and refurb and repairs to our existing frames. In line with what other reviews have said here, the service we received was brilliant from start to finish, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The care and professionalism shown by our fitters (Andy, Lewis & Miles) was fantastic, and a big thank you to Catherine and Lee for going above and beyond with the aftercare.

We used Ventrolla to restore a large number of sash windows throughout our Victorian home. I had limited expectations of what could be achieved, but I’m absolutely delighted with the results. The excellent draught-proofing means the curtains no longer billow in the wind, and the restoration means all the windows can now be safely opened, closed and secured. It has made a huge difference to the property. The team were thorough, knowledgeable, and had the positive, problem-solving attitude needed for working on older buildings. I am in the process of (slowly )restoring or replacing all the sash and case windows in my home with double glazing. It's in a conservation area and so the finish and design need to match the originals. Ventrolla have provided an excellent service from start to finish. This is the second time we have entrusted them with the task. The most recent installations were carried out by Allan and Lindsay. The communication from the office from Zoe and Dan was very timely and clear. The work done on the old sash windows by Carl was outstanding and by Adam also.
