Sash Window Repair and Timber Window Restoration in Glasgow

After an initial survey, the work of refurbishing our period sash windows was undertaken by Alan McDowell and his colleagues, Allan and Kevin. I have to say that, both in execution and materials used, the standard of work was exceptional. The workers were punctual, friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about their product. The guys were more than happy to accommodate into their workflow an independent tradesman that we had contracted to fit lead window trays and mullion aprons. Moreover, notwithstanding clearly difficult personal circumstances, Alan McDowell made a point of attending to the job and our requirements with self-less dedication and great professionalism. We could not be happier with the work done and the guys who did it. Thank you Alan, thank you Ventrolla.

Hello. We are currently in the process of having our new windows installed by Paul, Steve and Stuart from your Scottish branch. So far everything has far exceeded our expectations. The windows are beautiful and Paul and the team are an absolute credit to Ventrolla. Polite, helpful and very skilled at what they do. They have been working so hard in what can only be described as torrential weather without complaint. We couldn't be happier. They are back next week to complete the installation of the new frames and to refurbish the rest. I am so looking forward to seeing the completed job. I think it was around two years ago I bought my sash and case windows from Ventrolla. Recently as I was using the simplex system to clean the windows inside and out one of the style securing screws broke. I went on Amazon to find a new one but could not find anything that matched. So I emailed Ventrolla to buy direct if I could? I got an instant reply and two free of charge replacements arrived two days later, now that’s service!
