At this point in the year, it’s customary to look back at the past twelve months before making resolutions for the next. While we’re happy to to put 2020 behind us, there are a couple of points we’d like to reflect on.
Early lockdown meant that we were forced to put manufacturing and installation on hold. When we were allowed to resume, we had to deal with reduced capacity and social distancing. We are only too aware that this has caused unavoidable delays, which we are working hard to catch up on. We will continue to update customers as soon as we have revised appointment dates – and thank you for your understanding.
A positive that has come out of this, however, is our new, ‘agile’ way of working. By adapting quickly to changing regulations, we continue to ensure that safety goes hand-in-hand with the high service level standard that you expect from us.
Keeping in touch with you
This year’s challenges have meant that we’ve communicated with our customers more frequently – and we intend to build on this. Regular emails will mean you’re kept up-to-date on changes to lead times, product news and announcements.

Looking ahead to the New Year
Under new ownership, we head into 2021 with renewed optimism. We have huge plans in the pipeline that will transform the way Ventrolla operates. These changes will be felt across every department – but rest assured, our commitment to customer excellence remains at the heart of every decision we make.
