A beautiful detached grade II listed property in Salford had 20 of its windows renovated, just in time to open them up and let the fresh air in for summer.

Mr and Mrs Costello could not open the windows in their property and so called in Ventrolla to renovate and overhaul them. They loved the look of the windows but needed them to be fully operational in order to be able to open them in the summer months whilst retaining heat in the winter. Mrs Costello said:

We have a lovely little balcony but we couldn’t open the doors or windows to make use of it. The windows are now really smooth to open and close and it is lovely to make use of the additional space. All of the windows have also stopped rattling, which used to be very annoying! Ventrolla were fantastic and worked really efficiently. The workers were very professional and they ensured everywhere was left immaculate after they left.

The sash window experts renovated the windows firstly by getting them fully operational and then by installing the Ventrolla Perimeter Sealing System (VPSS), which improves the energy efficiency of the windows by sealing up the gaps around to eradicate draughts and rattles.

Mr and Mrs Costello also took advantage of Ventrolla’s finance offer spreading the cost whilst enjoying the benefits of the restored windows.

Ventrolla’s central office is based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, with offices throughout the UK and Ireland, and offers a bespoke renovation service for timber sliding sash and casement windows, as well as timber doors.

Its unique Ventrolla Perimeter Sealing System (VPSS) improves a window’s performance and energy efficiency without altering the appearance of the original window. Ventrolla offer a free, no-obligation survey and quotation to all customers.
