    Asha House

Ventrolla Staffs & Salop has helped kick-start the refurbishment of a Victorian property in Wolverhampton, which is owned by one of the country’s largest housing and regeneration groups.

"Ventrolla completed the job in good time and the end result looks fantastic."

Two additional wooden windows on the ground floor were also renovated as part of the project. Andrew Rhodes, Development Manager for Midland Heart, said:

“We have been able to secure a grant from Wolverhampton City Council to fund the refurbishment as part of a wider regeneration scheme in the All Saints, Blakenhall and Parkfield districts of the city.

The first step at Asha House has been to tackle the property’s exterior and get all the windows matching in terms of their period style and finish. Ventrolla completed the job in good time and the end result looks fantastic. The next phase of the development is to extend Asha House and increase the square footage of its eight residential apartments. Each will then be completely refurbished.”

Midland Heart provides affordable housing and community investment services throughout the Midlands and invests more than £100 million every year in improving homes and their local neighbourhoods.

Ventrolla’s central office is based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire, with offices throughout the UK and Ireland, and offers a bespoke renovation service for timber sliding sash and casement windows. Its unique Ventrolla Perimeter Sealing System (VPSS) improves the window’s performance and energy efficiency.
