Scope of the Project
Although the windows of this 1910 Listed Building had been fairly well maintained, the client wanted the Ventrolla draught proofing system installed to achieve draught proofing, noise reduction and energy saving whilst retaining the original appearance of the property.

- Ventrolla draught proofing system installed in to nine sliding sash windows and three doors.
- One full sill replacement and pulley stile repair.
- Two panes of glass re-glazed.
