Our ultimate aim is to renovate windows wherever possible, thus maintaining the original aesthetics and character of buildings at minimum cost to your client.
Too often, the first thought is to replace sash windows, however this is often unnecessary and undesirable.
By keeping most of the original materials, we are able to renovate windows to their former glory at minimum cost and because we are repairing rather than replacing, with minimal impact on the environment.

The process starts with a comprehensive survey that establishes the condition of the windows. The sliding sashes are removed and repaired using VR90 Ventrolla’s wood repair system, the pulleys are serviced to ensure smooth operation, pulley cords are all replaced and then the sashes are weighed and the correct weights installed which ensures the sashes are balanced and operate smoothly. |

A major part of the process is the installation of the Ventrolla Perimeter Sealing System, which is installed in the top sash, bottom sash, mid rail, parting bead and staff bead. This fills the 3mm gap that is an inherent design element of sash windows, which enables them to operate. Installing the Perimeter Sealing System provides improvement by:
