...I would like to say that from my initial phone call through to the survey and fitting, I was delighted with the professional but friendly service I received – no pushy sales person and assurance that if when the windows were being done, any of the work quoted was found to be unnecessary, I would be informed on the day.
Your fitters, Gary and Nigel arrived on day one and Ian joined them on the second day. Not only did they keep us informed of any changes to our original work quoted but they were also very approachable and any questions we had in regard to the fittings.
They arrived on the coldest two days of the year but although the temperatures outside were chilly, the atmosphere inside was very bright. I enjoyed hearing the banter between them and would like to say that they were a credit to their profession. They worked right through the day, not stopping until they had finished and left the house in a very tidy state when they had completed.
I would recommend Ventrolla to anyone looking to have their windows renovated and I can honestly say the 50% noise reduction is as described and we are much happier now. A big thank you to Chris on the telephone – she was a pleasure to speak to.”
